Yesterday, I found a fantastic baking recipe from one of my favorite e-books on bread baking and right away gone in to the kitchen to begin cooking of the final result. And I worked hard at this one, as I always did, quite some time and I finally opened an big oven to see what exactly I've created only to see something I was definitely not expecting. Hell, was I angry. Not only I found that this bread I baked did not look anything at all like I have seen on the picture, but it didn't taste nowhere as good as the recipe said or as I have though I would get either. And I think I will even say that it was a bread from my nightmare.
Although it's true that baking bread is absolutely not an easy process and sometimes tedious, but it's all part of having a good time! I like baking, but this time I have failed. The funny thing is though that I followed the cook book from start to finish from that baking recipe I've read and I amsure have done everything right. A lot of dudes fail to cook the bread they want for the obvious reason that it's a delicate process and people often get tired and stop after a few unsuccessful tries and this is the worst part, since there are thousands of these baking recipes to try from and many of different ideas taught by hundreds of different guys and you'll get skilled at it all arrives with training.
So, what makes you a great baking expert? I'd say knowledge, determination and a lot of effort and practice. Some simple knowledge can change the bakers experience largely. E.g. there are techniques which stop bread from sticking to bread pan this can be avoided with some basic knowledge and yet will be extremely painful if you do not have this knowledge. You can prepare your bread much better and tastier only by adding cornmeal component, and here's how it works: while you oil your baking pan, you add the cornmeal to your pan after you slightly oil it as you usually do. This will cause the bread to stick to the cornmeal while you are baking & this is going to make your job a whole lot easier when taking out your bread after it had finished baking. That's it!
